You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days without providing any reason.

The cancellation deadline is 7 days from the date You received the Goods, or when a third party (other than the carrier) takes possession of the delivered product.

We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned Goods. Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the original Order, and you will not be charged additional fees.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure:

The Goods are in their original packaging.

Non-returnable items include:

Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

Goods that deteriorate quickly or are past expiration.

Goods unsuitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery.

Goods that, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions, at our sole discretion.

We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as we cannot issue a refund without proof of return delivery.

Gifts

If the Goods were marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be emailed or mailed to you.

If the Goods were not marked as a gift, or if the Order was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be issued directly to the gift giver.
